At CITYCOT, our mission is to develop the top 1% of tech talent, equipping them with cutting-edge resources, mentorship, and real-world experiences. More than just a physical space, CITYCOT is a thriving innovation ecosystem bringing together students, professionals, and organizations to leverage technology in solving local and global challenges. Through hands-on training, workshops, hackathons, and startup incubation, we empower Somali youth with the digital skills and leadership capabilities needed to drive sustainable change. Our initiatives, including coding bootcamps, Gen Z Talks, Hackathons, and industry partnerships, are designed to nurture creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking.
